Ftp Server Pro v1.13: Read/write any folder, including sdcard, android device ftp server. backup PC, copy music device, etc.
If do a ftp client I recommend FileZilla client ( download http://filezilla-project.org/) but also use file explorer.
Free Ftp Server Pro v1.13 does landscape screen.

How server using USB cable:
T useful when USB cable network available.
1) phone go ->Applications->Development option "USB debugging".
2) Connect PC using USB cable.
3) Start adb server. PC run command "adb start-server".
adb program sdk. Usually find android-sdk\platform-tools\adb.
4) Forward needed ports from phone. PC run command "adb forward tcp:2221 tcp:2221"
need t ftp server ports configured phone. be easier if a small range ports.
With this, any connection pc .0.0.1:2221 forwarded phone 2221.
5) Run Ftp server phone, open settings "Network interfaces" select "Loopback (127.0.0.1)" or "All"
6) Start ftp server.
7) PC connect client to ftp://127.0.0.1:2221 (port might be different, Ftp Server configuration).
Connections mode need always started so mode when using USB connection.
Permissions needed:
INTERNET
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
Network permission server network communication clients.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Enables ftp server write received files from ftp clients.
WAKE_LOCK
Keeps phone wake server . If phone wake connections server .
